*All students entering as 9th graders in 2007/08 will have two changes to the above list. First time 9th graders will need four (4) mathematics credits and they will take the modified HOPE class which replaces LMS and Personal Fitness. These student also are no longer required to take an activity P.E. class. One credit is equal to one full year of a subject, .5 credit is equal to a half year of a subject. ADDITIONAL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS -
A passing score on the FCAT. -
Full time attendance, or a minimum of 8 semesters in grades 9-12. -
All students must have a minimum cummulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale for graduation. - Fine Arts courses include music, drama, dance, painting, ceramics, sculpture, speech, and debate.

Practical Arts courses include vocational courses. -
All Florida state universities (and most other 4 year institutes) require 2 years of a foreign language for admissions; three years is suggested.
